As many of you know (and if you don’t know yet, you’ll quickly learn) how much I love to wear berets. I’m not quite sure why that is, but most likely it’s because a beret just makes me feel a little parisian. It adds a little something to an outfit, like a hat should, but still keeps it looking classy.
The colors that I’m wearing are some of my favorites for this season. White in the winter is a must in my book, in the summer too of course. I hear a lot of people say that they’re too scared to wear white after labor day, to me there are no rules when it comes to fashion (most of the time), white is an all year round color. But if you don’t have the guts to wear stark white than you’ll feel safe in one of my favorites, winter white. Winter white has a much richer look than stark white, yet it still looks so clean.
I never had a great white dress to wear on the high holidays and when I saw this dress I was excited because it looked so nice and easy! When I received the dress I was actually in shock, the material is the softest and nicest material I have touched in a long time. I find it really impossible these days to find a well made dress, most of the time the materials just feel and look cheap. I thought for $150.00 this dress could either be great or it won’t be, but I took the chance and I am so happy that I did! The length is something I’m still toying with, I don’t usually love midi length on me because I’m 5″2, I figured I can always shorten the dress, but when I tried it on I actually liked it a lot!
