At different times in my life I find getting dressed more fun than others…I have been shopping the contemporary section at Saks for years now, since my late teens and I’ve purchased many items that I still own and love. Some of my favorite pieces are from designers such as Diane Von Furstenberg, Milly, Rebecca Taylor, Theory, and more! Now, more than ever, as a young mom I am find myself benefiting more and more from the contemporary seciton.Being a mother, who works as well as takes care of the household, I find it is extremely difficult to actually spend time on my “OOTD”. Finding pieces that are easy, cute and comfortable can be very hard. I love finding seasonal pieces that are useful and easy to pair with other pieces, like the items I am wearing here.This Parker dress is a beautiful and easy piece to “throw” on during the spring/summer. I paired it with this stylish and pretty, white Philip Lim bag which is a great piece to have to brighten up a seasonal outfit. The size of this bag is perfect for a daily outing or for going out to dinner (when we actually get the chance to ;-)).

Another thing I love about this dress is that it can be paired with flat sandals, wedges or heeled sandals like I’m wearing. I’ve been on the hunt for perfect silver heeled sandals for a long time and when I saw this Schutz pair I grabbed them… and now I understand why they have 5 star reviews!
